With more than 30+ taps of locally produced beer and cider, a 6,000+ sq ft outdoor area with five firepits, a dedicated retail area and space for food trucks, this diverse and spacious taproom has added a unique experience to the already vibrant Ballard scene.

ABOUT THE JOB

We are currently seeking a hard-working and passionate individual to join our Ballard taproom team as a TAPROOM BARTENDER. This full-time, hourly position (approx. 30-40 hours/week) will have regularly scheduled shifts on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and possibly Tuesdays.

·       Passion for ensuring our space is well-kept and an enjoyable space for all

·       Work efficiently in a fast-paced work environment

• Maintain proper safety and cleanliness standards

DESIRED SKILLS & ABILITIES

·      Knowledge of and interest in the craft beer and cider industries

·      Positive, upbeat, and enthusiastic outlook and attitude

·      Prior bar/restaurant/taproom bartending experience

·      Exceptional customer service skills and a love for working with people

·      Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

·      Strong, reliable work ethic and self-motivated personality

·      Ability to stand, walk, lift, and bend for long periods of time

·      Ability to move cases and kegs (both empty and full), and operate a hand truck

COMPENSATION -- $18.50 per hour + tips
